Movie Plot: Jamie Ralis (Mila Kunis) is an executive recruiter for a major job agency in New York City, and Dylan Harper (Justin Timberlake) works as an art director for a small internet company in Los Angeles. Jamie has to start interviewing with GQ and working in New York City to try to recruit Dylan to work. Dylan arrives in New York and learns from Jamie after interviewing for the situation that he has been offered to work for GQ. Initially skeptical about the job and to go to New York, Dylan finally agreed to the job after a fun night after exploring the city for Jomi.
The next day, Jamie presented Dylan to sign the contract so that he could pay his commission to recruit him. Not knowing anyone else in town, she quickly develops a strong Platonic friendship with Jamie. One night, they meet on the subject of sex and relationships. They come to the conclusion that sex should not come with such emotional involvement. As they both feel the need for a physical relationship, they agree to have sex without feelings or commitment. After several simultaneous attempts, Jamie realizes that this is not exactly what he wants and he would like to start dating again. She tells Dylan that she needs to stop.
