Movie Plot: Drew Decker, 18, (Carmen Electra) gets a threatening phone call at home alone. Drew is chased out by Ghostface, who stabs him in the breast, removing him from a silicone implant. A vehicle driven by his father – distracted by oral sex with his wife – kills him and he is murdered by Ghostface.
Cindy Campbell (Anna Farris) meets her boyfriend Bobby (John Abraham) and her friends, Brenda (Regina Hall), Ray (Sean Wennes), Greg (Lochin Monroe) and Buffy (Shannon Elizabeth). Various news teams, including hack reporter Gail Halstrom (Cherry Oteri), are gathering at the school in the wake of Drew’s murder. Gail hooked up with Bookie’s intellectually incompetent brother Special Officer Doufee (Dave Sheridan), hoping to get milk out of the facts. While Cindy is in class, she receives an ominous note and discovers that Drew was murdered exactly one year later and her friends accidentally killed a man. In a beauty contest that evening, Greg was shot in plain by Ghostface, while viewers misjudged Buffy’s pleas as part of his act.
